Section 276
Not to use, damage or acquire other people's property

(1) No one shall enjoy the property of another person without his consent.
(2) No one shall damage the property of another person by blocking the way or exit of another person, by doing any work or construction on his land or in any other way.
(3) No one can acquire the property of another person without his consent. But the Government of Nepal can acquire the property of any person according to the law for public interest.
(4) No one shall be allowed to enter a person's house compound without taking permission except according to law.
